Exploring SAP HANA Cloud Trial in Cloud Foundry

I have got a chance to explore SAP HANA Cloud Trial in Cloud Foundry. Let’s have a look at it in below steps.

Login to SAP Cloud Platform Cockpit and enter your trial account.

Enjoy the feel of 365 days trial and go to trial sub account.

Access Spaces from this left pane and click on dev

Create an Instance for SAP HANA Cloud with below information.

This will take few minutes to get created and the status will change to Running

Choose SAP HANA Cockpit.

Enter User Name as DBADMIN and the password which you entered while creating HANA instance.

Now a DB will get created with this host name and DB User details. We can view it by going to SQL Console.

Play around Tables, Views, Functions, Schemas, Synonyms, Sequences and much more just the way i did for Tables below.

We can also check the existing data which is already defined in the DB, generate CREATE, SELECT, INSERT queries.
