Managing issues around customer contracts
Users can automate some tasks and actions around customer contracts. For example you can decide to automatically renew a customer contract some time before the contract end date.
Before release 20.11 a key user would need to go to the work center “Application and User Management” to find out if something went wrong while execution of the automated action.
No you find all tasks concerning automated actions in the contract list itself. You find them using the query “Automated tasks with errors”.
With this functionality we are enhancing the the transparency and the usability in ByDesign. You immediately will know if something is going wrong with your contracts.
