By now you’ve probably seen the second half (2H) 2020 Release Highlights blog by Amy Wilson, SVP of Products and Design at SAP SuccessFactors, where she announces a number of exciting new innovations. Included is the highly anticipated release of a brand new solution called SAP Work Zone for HR, a personalized and intuitive digital workplace experience that makes everything at work accessible from one single entry point. This is a significant accomplishment as we continue to deliver on our Human Experience Management (HXM) vision, but there are many other notable enhancements delivered in this release as well. Below are a few that I find to be of particular interest as they show how we’re continuing to deliver critical, creative and cost-saving solutions for our customers when they need it most.
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting
We’re excited to share that we’ve eliminated the consumption-based job credit model for our SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting solution customers, allowing unlimited postings at no additional cost. We are pleased to announce that, to address customer feedback, we have added more than 15 job boards since the previous release.
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
We are excited to offer pre-delivered compliance forms for the United States, including Federal (W-4) and most state withholding forms. These forms can be used in conjunction with the platform capabilities of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, including document management, e-signature options, and the e-mail services framework for sending notifications.
SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
Your merit increases, bonus payouts, and recognitions may have been impacted by the economic impact of the global pandemic. At that same time, due to office shutdowns and social distancing guidelines, employees are experiencing an increased need for connection and recognition.
With this release, the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solution offers a new thank-you program type as part of the reward and recognition capabilities, designed to help boost employee engagement and morale. This program type addresses the need for human connection and recognition, without additional cost for the organization.
Intelligent Enterprise Transformation
Finally, we are pleased to launch external workforce management capabilities as part of our vision to deliver the Intelligent Enterprise. Through integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP Fieldglass solutions, and SAP S/4HANA, these capabilities enable you to plan, source, and manage the external workforce from end-to-end. You can easily gain visibility into the value of your external workforce, such as cost or work performance, without the need for workarounds. Furthermore, this can help you avoid security breaches and compliance violations.
