What are the new workstreams in the SAP Enterprise Support Advisory Council program?


Now, for the first time, the SAP Enterprise Support Advisory Council program introduces a pilot area focused on SAP Cloud Solutions This year, ESAC’s Cloud Solutions pilot area will focus on cloud application solutions, starting with SAP Customer Experience, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Ariba solutions.

 

Customers with a valid maintenance license for SAP Enterprise Support cloud edition can participate in the SAP Enterprise Support Advisory Council program to benefit from the new services offerings. It’s a great opportunity for customers to work closely with SAP experts and to influence new services.

 

SAP Cloud Solutions workstream focus


This year, the SAP Cloud Solutions workstream focuses on the C. Our aim is to provide a cloud-focused, proactive check as a part of support to help customers through a smooth go-live. This service will help clarify SAP best practices during your realization phase in case configuration has deviated from SAP best practices.

 

How much effort is there for the customer?


The advantage of this service is that it’s very straightforward. The customer needs to collaborate during the following phases: onboarding call, evaluation of the SAP findings and recommendation, and wrap-up call. Both SAP and the customer have the same goal – a smooth go-live – and this service can help achieve this.

  • CQC for Deployment Readiness - SAP Commerce: SAP Public Cloud

  • CQC for Deployment Readiness – SAP Commissions

  • CQC for Deployment Readiness - SAP Service

  • CQC for Deployment Readiness - SAP Field Service Management
