Knowledge is power. It's reassuring to know that you have certain information available - just in case one day you'll need it. This is exactly the case with change logs. Most of the time, you don’t need it but it's good to know that it's there. Just in case…

When time comes and you do need to look at the change log, you'd want to have as many details as possible so you can see the smallest pieces in the big picture. For that purpose SAP Business One introduces more granular data in the change log:


The new columns "Updated On/At" and "Created On/At" display the date and time of each update and date and time of record creation. As previously, clicking the "Show Differences" button will display the before & after details of the selected instance.

Available in SAP Business One 10.0 FP 2008 and SAP Business One 10.0 FP 2008, version for SAP HANA.
