Process Updates

We once more ask all submitters to respond in a timely fashion to requests indicated by SAP as “Need more info”: Adding request specific details will help us at SAP to better understand your business and application needs. In doing so, you can actively contribute your share to further optimize the overall improvement request handling process.

Please note that we reserve the right to close requests that lack a response within a 6-weeks timeframe.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Use of Program Name

Going forward, updates with respect to Customer Influence for SAP S/4HANA Cloud will be published under the name SAP Continuous Influence for SAP S/4HANA Cloud. Affected SAP sites will be adjusted to reflect this change.

Why?
Customer Influence is the site, which provides SAP customers with a variety of influence programs including but not only limited to SAP Continuous Influence. Other programs that are operated via this site are SAP Customer Engagement Initiative (CEI), SAP Beta Testing, SAP Early Adopter Care and SAP Customer Connection. So while using Customer Influence as the site name is correct, it is not specific enough when actually addressing the program.

Does this change anything for me as a submitter or voter?
Simple answer: no. In our communication going forward, we will just a apply the more specific program name – that’s all.
Customer-facing changes in the request submission and handling process are transparently described in the section Process Updates above.
