Olá pessoal,
Em posts passados falamos sobre a geração de eventos de tabela e periódicos no S/4HANA ACR Brazil Option, e após o envio dos eventos periódicos relativos ao seu negócio e correspondentes a um certo mês, é necessário enviar o evento de fechamento.
É por isso que, para completar o processo de envio de eventos, vamos falar sobre a geração do evento de fechamento do relatório EFD-Reinf:
Para efetuar essa atividade no SAP S/4HANA ACR Brazil Option, basta acessar o app Run Compliance Reports e em seguida selecionar Brazil EFD-Reinf Closing Files (BR_REI_CLO) no campo Report Name. Após isto, você seleciona a categoria do período a ser fechado.
É bom ressaltar que esta também é uma categoria periódica, visto que este processo deve ser realizado mensalmente sempre que houver movimentação financeira.
Note que, na próxima etapa, existem duas atividades. A que você deve selecionar é a EFD-Reinf R-2099 Closing of Periodic Files:
Após selecioná-la, clique em New Run, e partir daqui basta você preencher a tela de seleção.
É bom ressaltar que, como esse evento representa o fechamento do período para a empresa toda, é necessário preencher apenas o código da empresa.
Após estes passos, o processo está finalizado. Você já conta com o seu arquivo do evento de fechamento.
Do mesmo modo que já mencionamos em outros posts para outros eventos, você pode visualizar o seu arquivo gerado de uma forma mais amigável e consumível, assim como baixar ele e/ou enviar para as autoridades legais para fins de validação e recebimento do recibo de entrega.

In past blog past posts we talked about the generation of table and periodic events on S/4HANA ACR Brazil Option, and after sending the periodic events related to your business and corresponding to a certain month, it is necessary to send the closing event.
That’s why, to complete the event sending process, we're gonna talk about the generation of the closing event of the EFD-Reinf report:
To perform this activity in ACR, simply access the Run Compliance Reports app and then choose Brazil EFD-Reinf Closing Files (BR_REI_CLO) in the Report Name field. After this, you select the category of the period to be closed.
It's worth mentioning that this is also a periodic category, considering that this process must be performed monthly whenever there's financial movement.
Note that in the next step, there are two activities. The one you must select is the EFD-Reinf R-2099 Closing of Periodic Files:
After selecting it, click New Run, and from there you just fill in the selection screen.
It is worth noting that, as this event represents the period-end closing for the entire company, it is necessary to fill in only the company code.
After these steps, the process is finished. You already have your closing file.
Just as we have already mentioned in the other posts for other events, you can view your generated file in a more user-friendly and consumable way, as well as download it and/or send it to the legal authorities for validation and receipt of the delivery receipt.

SAP S/4HANA ACR Brazil Option: How to Generate the Closing Events of the EFD-Reinf Report
