Updated Release and Maintenance Strategy for SAP Business One

To better serve the market and shorten our innovation cycle via agile development, SAP has revised the release and maintenance strategy for SAP Business One.

With this updated strategy, enhancements to the SAP Business One application may be delivered in major releases or feature package deliveries.

Starting from SAP Business One 10.0 release, continuous innovation will be delivered via feature packages. Feature packages will be delivered on a quarterly basis and include new features as well as corrections and legal changes.

This change applies as of August 2020 with SAP Business One 10.0 FP 2008 (where FP stands for Feature Package, and 2008 for the year 2020 and the month of August). SAP Business One 10.0 FP 2008 was previously known as SAP Business One 10.0 PL03.
