This blog post will illustrate step by step process how we can hide Final Entry indicator and Block indicator from Service Entry Sheet (ML81N) without help of ABAPer and using standard process of SAP.

T-CODE SHD0     

  1. Enter Transaction Code as ML81N ,

  2. Select Transaction Variant Tab

  3. Enter Transaction Variant as ZML81N

  4. Click on Create IconYou will get ML81N Screen in display mode


  5. You will get ML81N Screen in display mode


    ML81N


    5. Click on Back icon (F3)



You will get following screen


6. Click on 'Menu Functions' button


You will get following screen. Expand Menu Bar > Entry Sheet > + sign below COPY
7. Select FIN (Final Entry)
8. Click on Deactivate button (F2)


9. Select LOCK (Block)
10. Click on Deactivate button (F2)
11. Click on Continue Button


12. Enter Name of Screen variant and Short Text


13. Click on Exit and Save button



You will get following screen. Scroll Down to bottom of page.


14. Tick on both check box under 'For transaction' column for both field

16. Un-tick 'For Status' Column



17. Click on Save Icon



18. Leave Package field as blank for local object
19. Click on Local Object



20. On main screen, Select Tab 'Standard Variants'



21. Then select 'Standard Variants' Tab


22. Then Click on 'Activate' icon



23. Click Continue for information dialog box



This is all done, Test your ML81N screen, you will never get Final Entry and Block indicator.
