Connectivity Issues with Regards to SAP GUI for Windows and the Backend server

Hello SAP Community!

We have recently created a collection of common issues that can occur when trying to logon to an SAP NetWeaver ABAP based system using the SAP GUI for Windows.

We then created WIKI pages, here in the SAP Community, with the corresponding common root causes, tests that can be performed to identify or confirm the root cause, and suggestions on which direction to take for the analysis.

The idea is that we keep adding more scenarios to the WIKI, so it serves as a central reference for the troubleshooting of such connection issues.
