SAP MaxAttention Innovation Workshops

In this blog post, you will learn more about SAP MaxAttention Innovation Workshops, the value for our customers, its transition from on-site to the virtual format since this year and which focus topics and related material are available.

SAP MaxAttention Innovation Workshops – From 2018

In 2018, we established a deep dive workshop series under the name SAP Innovation Workshops. These workshops focus on a specific topic (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, Hybrid Operations & Cyber Security, Innovation Services, Data Management & Analytics, etc.). The goal is to enable our customers to understand the product portfolio and innovative technologies of SAP. As specifically now, it is more important than ever to help companies to be successful and to respond to changing markets by transforming into intelligent enterprises in the experience economy.

Before the COVID-19 pandemic, customers were invited to join the SAP experts in one of the SAP locations worldwide. The question was how we can ensure high interactivity and how to keep the workshops beneficial and valuable while delivering them virtually.

Virtual interaction with our customers 2020 until now

After the first virtual SAP Innovation Workshops with excellent feedback, we can say we managed to create an interactive set-up where questions can be raised directly to our SAP experts. During brainstorming sessions on a whiteboard, via chat and by speaking up, customers shared their experiences. Context-specific polls throughout the workshops helped to collect additional feedback and to lead a meaningful dialogue. This exchange was highly appreciated. As feedback, customers shared that they have learnt a lot about the latest product and service offerings and innovations from SAP and that they would like to carry out follow up conversations and receive in-depth information about specific use cases.
