How to find the Different Standard Table related to SAP Workflow? Very Important for SAP Workflow Reporting

Introduction

Most of the Customers who uses SAP generally use SAP Workflow. When you have SAP Workflow you will need Reporting to tell about the following.

1. Different status of Workflow.


2. Where it is Stuck?


3. When will it be escalated etc.?

In Order to build any report we need to know the underlying table behind the Workflow Data.

Solution

Login to SAP and Go to Transaction Code SWUS

Please provide a Workflow Template number. Here I have given a Custom Workflow Template Number.

Please provide the Triggering Information and Hit F8 in Keyboard

Now select the below option

 

Wala we got all the useful tables related to SAP Workflow

 

Conclusion

This can be used in both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA
