SAP S/4HANA ACR Brazil Option: Como gerar os eventos de tabela do relatório EFD-Reinf

Olá pessoal,

Neste blog post nós vamos falar sobre eventos de tabela, aqueles que devem ser os primeiros a serem enviados à Receita Federal do Brasil. Hoje você vai descobrir como realizar o processo de geração desse tipo de evento através do SAP S/4HANA ACR Brazil Option.

Como você já deve saber, existem dois eventos de tabela no relatório EFD-Reinf, são eles:

• R-1000 – Informações do Contribuinte
• R-1070 – Tabela de Processos Administrativos/Judiciais

O evento R-1000 deve ser enviado para que a empresa faça parte do sistema e possibilite o envio dos eventos subsequentes. Já o evento R-1070 é necessário quando a empresa possui processos administrativos/judiciais, e os mesmos estão vinculados à eventos periódicos subsequentes.

No SAP S/4HANA ACR Brazil Option, esses eventos podem ser gerados através do app Run Compliance Reports – em português, Executar relatórios de conformidade avançados.

Neste app você pode selecionar diversos eventos. Como estamos falando sobre os eventos periódicos, no campo Report Name você precisa informar BR_REI_TAB.

Os eventos de tabela são Ad-Hoc, ou seja, não têm periodicidade pré-definida. Sendo assim, para criar um novo evento, você precisa clicar no botão Add e preencher os parâmetros requeridos. Este processo é exemplificado no GIF abaixo:

Uma vez criada a nova tarefa, basta você acessá-la para gerar os eventos necessários:

 Existem duas atividades disponíveis e que geram eventos distintos, o R-1000 e R-1070:

Para fins de exemplificação, vamos gerar o evento R-1000.

Para isso, basta selecionar a atividade Generate R-1000, clicar no botão New Run e preencher os campos da tela de seleção:

Vale notar que, o campo Operation Type possui três opções:

• Inclusion – gera um evento de inclusão de um evento R-1000
• Change – gera um evento de alteração de um evento R-1000 pré-existente (para isso, é necessário preencher o campo File ID)
• Exclusion – gera um evento de exclusão de um evento R-1000 pré-existente (para isso, é necessário preencher o campo File ID)

Uma nova execução é iniciada e um novo relatório é gerado:

 No detalhe da execução você pode conferir a lista de arquivos gerados, realizar o download dos arquivos no formato XML, visualizar os dados gerados ou realizar o envio para a Receita Federal do Brasil:

SAP S/4HANA ACR Brazil Option: How to generate the table file events of EFD-Reinf report

Hello everyone

In this blog post we will talk about table events, those that should be the first to be sent to the federal revenue service in Brazil (in Portuguese, Receita Federal do Brasil (RFB)). Today you will find out how to perform the process of generating this type of event through SAP S/4HANA ACR Brazil Option.

As you probably already know, there are two table events in the EFD-Reinf report, they are:

• R-1000 – Taxpayer information
• R-1070 – Administrative/Judicial Processes Table

The R-1000 event must be sent so that the company code is part of the system and enables the subsequent events to be sent. The R-1070 event is necessary when the company has administrative/judicial proceedings, and they are linked to subsequent periodic events.

On SAP S/4HANA ACR Brazil Option these events can be generated through the Run Compliance Reports app.

In this app you can select various events. As we are talking about the periodic events, in the Report Name field you need to inform BR_REI_TAB. The table events are Ad-Hoc, that is, they have no predefined periodicity. Therefore, to create a new event, you need to click the Add button and fill in the required parameters. This process is exemplified in the GIF below:

Once you have created the new task, you can access it to generate the required events:

 There are two activities available that generate different events, the R-1000 and R-1070:

 For exemplification purposes, let’s generate the R-1000 event.

To do this, just select the Generate R-1000 activity, click the New Run button and fill in the selection screen fields:

 Note that the Operation Type field has three options:

• Inclusion – generates an inclusion event of an R-1000 event
• Change – generates a change event from a pre-existing R-1000 event (for this, it is necessary to fill in the File ID field)
• Exclusion – generates a deletion event of a pre-existing R-1000 event (for this, you must fill in the File ID field)

A new run starts, and a new report is generated:

 In the details of the run, you can check the list of generated files, download the files in XML format, view the generated data, or submit them to the RFB:
