Analysis Program for Data Aging in Purchasing

Use

You can use this report to check, before starting the data aging run, which purchase orders are selected for data aging and which documents do not match the check rules.

The system checks if a purchase order has been processed completely and if the residence time is fulfilled.

Solution

Login to SAP and enter Tcode MM_EKKO_DAAG_ANALYSI

Below example we put the Residence Time as 365 Days which means any PO that does not have activity for 365 Days is a candidate which will appear as Green Traffic Light

Now Select the Exception Column and Click on Descending

Here are the Candidate for Archiving as the last date of Change is more than 1 year.

Conclusion

This blog can be used for SAP S/4HANA.

Thank you ! This is good information ... If this existed in ECC it would save me soo much time ! Any thoughts on what is the closest that you can get to this in ECC?

I ended up getting the data with some table dumps out of SAP.  It is simply too much data to run an ME80FN report for PO history or something similar .
