The Real Estate Lifecycle is characterized by intensive collaboration of its stakeholders. Today, the information within this collaboration is scattered across the network and is the cause for many inefficiencies. One of the reasons is that business partners and internal organizations often have to work with numerous data models of the facility or building. Data management becomes complex and time consuming and hinders companies to evolve smart processes.

Project Goal

The Digital Twin approach for Real Estate is adopting this well-known approach from manufacturing into the real estate community. The digital representation of the building with its relevant information sets the foundation for smart and connected processes and seamless collaboration. The project is looking for customers and partners to be involved in this journey to jointly define the main aspects of a unified data model as well as the main business processes.

• Enhancements in the authorization and master data concept of SAP Cloud for Real Estate.
