The bot monitors the incoming emails, recognizes the Excel attachments referring to existing purchase order number. SAP Intelligent RPA Bot transforms the data in the Excel into structured inbound delivery requests and forwards the requests to delivery creation in the SAP S/4HANA system. An automated notification will be sent to the relevant stakeholders.
