What’s new in SAP Cloud Platform Workflow Management – summer edition
Note: Please find here the replay of the webinar and here you will find the presentation.
Quite hot these days, as I write this blog. Hot summer, but also some hot and exciting news I want to share with you. Of course, the hottest one has been the release of SAP Cloud Platform Workflow Management in June.
But recently there have also been several enhancements and cool new features, which I would like to highlight. You can also join our Webinar: Register now!
Add Qualtrics survey
Getting details regarding the business performance of your workflows and processes has been a hot topic from the start. And is also quite nicely covered with the process visibility capability within SAP Cloud Platform Workflow Management. Now imagine, you could not only measure the pure facts and figures, but even include the feedback of the users. Sounds great? It is.
Add Qualtrics survey into the process visibility dashboard
Now it is possible to add survey results from Qualtrics into the process visibility scenario and make them available to interested parties. Another big step forward to get more information for business-driven process optimzation.
Configure Actions
Once you have seen some issues in the performance of a particular process instance, you also want to have the possibility to directly react on it. We also have a solution for this. In fact, you can define two types of actions to help you in such situations:
- Navigational Actions: to navigate to another application to perform the action
- Trigger SAP Cloud Platform Workflow: to initiate a workflow to mitigate the current situation, e.g. triggering an escalation flow, sending mail, creating a new task for another person etc.

New live process content packages
With the release of SAP Cloud Platform Workflow Management, we have also introduced new functionality to extend standard process or create net-new processes based on pre-built content in a low-code/no-code environment. This live process content consists of process templates, workflows, business rules, visibility scenarios, user interfaces and serves as accelerators for your process implementations.
The lastest ones published are:
You will find a complete overview here in my other blog: Live Process Content Packages – your accelerators for Digital Process Automation
Of course, there are some more interesting features. Please see the latest release information here: What’s new in SAP Cloud Platform Workflow Management.
