SAP Enterprise Support Advisory Council (ESAC) is the innovation channel for SAP Enterprise Support customers. We offer co-innovation on the latest support services, tools and SAP technologies, working in close-collaboration with SAP experts.
Program is free of charge for Enterprise Support customers, with limited seats. All topics support the transition to the Intelligent Enterprise, and we focus today on:
Business Technology Platform:
ESAC covers different workstreams providing you learning methodology and individual support to build your prototype on various innovative solutions: SAP Intelligent RPA, SAP Conversational AI, SAP S/4HANA extensions with SAP Cloud Platform, SAP AI Business Services, SAP Predictive Maintenance and Services (PdMS Cloud Edition) and SAP Edge Services.
Starting September 2020, a new workstream starts for the SAP Cloud Platform NEO to Cloud Foundry (CF) migration topic. It will provide you with an early assessment to evaluate your readiness to migrate your SAP Cloud Platform scenarios and related technical services to Cloud Foundry environments.
Integration:
ESAC enables you to expand your knowledge in SAP Cloud Platform Integration by providing best practices, security and monitoring content. Afterwards we also help implementing specific cloud-to-cloud and SAP to third-party integration scenarios.
We are also piloting and offering a cloud version of the CQC Interface Management service, where SAP analyses your integration scenarios and provides you with specific recommendations.
