What is the content of the trial system?

The enterprise management layer for SAP S/4HANA Cloud, extended edition in the trial system is available in two flavors: multi-country edition (default setting and scope of this Cloud Appliance Library trial solution) and Single-Country edition (upon request).

Both editions cover all major end-to-end business processes.

The multi-country edition comes preconfigured and localized for up to 42 countries with an international financial template allowing for parallel accounting:

How long can partners access the trial system?

This solution is available with a 30-day free trial license agreement (during this period, you are only responsible for the hosting fees for the cloud provider of your choice). In order to extend beyond the 30-day free trial, partners need to have a valid test & demo subscription license (including the necessary product licenses) for SAP S/4HANA as well as a valid Cloud Appliance Library subscription. The SAP Cloud Appliance Library subscription package can be purchased via the SAP Store at https://www.sapstore.com/solutions/99007/SAP-Cloud-Appliance-Library.

After 90 days, partners need to apply for technical on-prem license keys for SAP S/4HANA (the list of required licenses is available in the Getting Started Guide).

    Would you be able to guide me regarding what all are mandatory/minimum components that need to be purchased/are required for S/4HANA Cloud, extended edition installations of DEV and QA?

    We need the requirements of SAP Products and Licenses to develop, test and support code fixes of ABAP add-ons for our customers on Extended edition.
