How to lock/unlock users in SAP Cloud for Customer

On this quick blog we will present how to lock/unlock users in SAP Cloud for Customer.

This will be useful to keep control of your User Subscription and license. Locked users will not be counted on user subscription.

 

In order to lock a C4C user, go to Administrator / Business Users work center. You will find a Lock/Unlock button on the menu.

* You can use selection pane on the left side to perform the action to multiple users

      My question now what if the admin account was locked due to multiple fail login? how can i unlock it ?

      Hi Mahmoud,

      In this case you should report an incident on SAP Support Launchpad. If you still have problems, contact SAP Customer Interaction Center.
