      Hi Maria and team,

Very useful and thanks for sharing the blog. I've taken SAP C4C training in 2015 but unfortunately there is not much demand in NA for this solution. But I always keep myself up to date with the product updates. Do you've any alternative to CAS as I could not see CAS available to download anymore. Appreciate your earliest response.

      Hi Ayyappa,

CAS is available for download to SAP Business ByDesign partners, a new version is released for each new ByDesign version. The link to download CAS is available as part of the instructions of the exercises.

We are also promoting Loosely Coupled solutions (also called side-by-side approach) as an option to develop ByDesign extensions. Please check our blogs Loosely Coupled Solutions for SMBs, Webinar Series: Building the Intelligent Enterprise for SMBs and Webinar Series: Prototyping the Intelligent Enterprise for SMBs for more details on this approach that is also presented in the Overview session of this eLearning.
