Does this mean that SAP DM, as we know it now, will work exactly in the same way, only the data load will be automatically from SAP Group Reporting?
Dear Mr. van de Geest,
It is planned that with SAP Disclosure Management you will be able to directly connect to a SAP Group Reporting environment and to start the refresh of data inside SAP Disclosure Management so that documents inside SAP Disclosure Management retrieve the new data.
Hi Oliver,
Are you aware if Disclosure Management Stack 1700 have capability to do so as you mentioned above.
There is an SAP note: 2924923 - DM Stack 1700 Release Note mentioning about connection to S4/HANA datasource directly from DM.
Regards,
SHUBHAM
Hi Shubham,
yes this functionality is available. It works via the S/4HANA datasource. There are Group Reporting specific queries that you can use in SAP Disclosure Management. In short term there will be a blog post for this topic and also a step by step guide available.
Best regards,
Oliver
Thanks Oliver for the confirmation!

Excellent info
Will SAP Disclosure Management also file directly with the SEC in the US, or would another service need to be used?
For Disclosure Management you need to upload the US SEC documents via the portal web page of the US SEC.
Best regards,
Oliver Kuntke
