Hi folks. Today I’d like to call on all the experts, gurus and leaders in this community to help me with an experiment. The experiment is: Can we take the collective knowledge of this crowd and turn the complex, multi-faceted knowledge into smaller, shorter, more concise and — most importantly — jargon-free content pieces that the founder, owner or leader of a Small and Midsize Business can relate to? I call these smaller content pieces targeted to SMB: SMB Snacks (more detail in the video).

SMB are in the Business of their Business, not in the Business of IT, and we owe it to them to use our best efforts to articulate our value proposition in the simplest way possible. Are you up to the challenge?
