    First off, thank you for referring us to this page in the “Ask an Expert” session today! This will be really helpful to refer back to.

    Now, unfortunately, we did follow the link for the error one of our SMEs received when synchronizing their workarea (Status Code: 400 – Bad Request – details shown below), but the linked document seemed to deal with a different instance of the error relating to connecting SEN to SolMan (https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/0002730396).

    Do you have any thoughts on the error in this context? Should we submit a support ticket for this?
