SAP Cloud Platform Service Catalog – May Update

SAP Cloud Platform Service Catalog

The SAP Cloud Platform Service Catalog has been live for more than one month already, and I’m happy to share some hot new features implemented just this month. New to Service Catalog? Read the announcement.

In this blog I’ll give you some insights into the new features:

  • Integration with SAP Store
  • Tags in the suggestion list (for the search box)
  • Trial service plans (Overview and Service Plans)
  • New and Featured section
  • New resource type: Communities and Support
  • Clean URLs
  • Deprecated Services: include blog links and description
  • Metric description
  • Pricing examples

As always, you can access the service catalog via Discovery Center

https://discovery-center.cloud.sap/

or via the direct link https://discovery-center.cloud.sap/serviceCatalog

SAP Store Integration

In Cloud Platform you can choose between two business models:

Cloud Platform Enterprise Agreement (CPEA): Consumption-based model, you pay each month only for the services that you actually use, and only when you use them.

Subscription: Your organization receives a fixed price and period (typically a 1 to 3-year period) for access to your subscribed SAP Cloud Platform services.

For all services which are available via SAP Store, you’ll find a link in the Subscription section.
