Global Survey for SAP Integration 2020
As in the previous years and already for the 12th time the International Focus Group for Integration conducts its annual survey for SAP Cloud Platform Integration Suite, SAP Process Integration / Process Orchestration and topics around SAP integration.
The feedback to the 20 questions is a well invested time, as the survey results serve the IFG as a strong basis for the discussion with SAP and for the active influencing of SAP’s product and release strategy.

Just for curiosity, based on this survey what SAP does?
Being an integration consultant, I have worked on multiple projects but recently I can see major drop in the client confidence in SAP Integration Suite. This makes me very disappointed being an SAP Consultant.
Numerous SAP projects are adapting rapidly Mulesoft as an integration and API management tool. Salesforce are rapidly marketing Mulesoft and focusing highly.
Even Gartner chart also says the same - Mulesoft is in the leader quadrant for integration and in API management area, literally it has no competitor and SAP is literally struggling.
Where is SAP lagging?
Is SAP not focused enough?
Delaying so much to make product robust which is creating space for competitor?
Or SAP is still thinking if client's ERP solution in SAP then they will take SAP PO/ CPI only?
Thanks,
Apu
