Great read!  I have a question.  Due to the strict management of higher tier transactions, many of us at our organization do not have OP4A, therefore I could not use grouping for shift definitions. The shifts where created by going into the work center and simply inserting an interval with shifts.

Any concerns with setting up intervals/shifts without using grouping for shift definitions?
