Disclosure Management expects the (base) taxonomy file that is used to be in a certain format. Primarily, this concerns that the folder structure starts with a "http" (or "https") folder.
The problem is, that many regulators publish taxonomies that are not in this format.

In order for Disclosure Managment to be able to use this taxonomy, you need to augment it with missing files.
