Cloud System Notification Subscriptions – Changing the SAP Enable Now notification contact

Hello SAP Enable Now community!

Some of you might have received the SAP Enable Now newsletter in the past (if not, sign up here!).

Please be aware that since a few months you need to agree to the SAP privacy statement and you might have to sign up again. You can check on the official SAP newsletter sign-on page.

The newsletter will inform you about regular updates on new SAP Enable Now releases and information about using the tool for your productive scenario.

However, signing up for the newsletter is also important because you agree to SAP sending you technical information about your tenant if you are the designated notification contact for your company. This includes information about preview environment accessibility and maintenance windows.

You have either signed up for it manually or you are the designated notification contact in your company for all things SAP Enable Now related.

The notification contact is defined early on when you start your contract and it used to be a manual effort on our end to modify it if that initial contact person changed roles or left the company.

Now we have a self-service tool for customers to change the relevant notification contact for many SAP cloud applications, including SAP Enable Now. Please use the Cloud System Notification Subscriptions page to view and change your notification subscription.

      I think that CSNS is the right direction.  Current version is highly useful for customers and I can only imagine future releases would become better.
