Kudos to SCN for being featured in HBR Article !

We learn something new every time, isn't it ?  It may be technical skills, life skills, social skills, anything that is meaningful and purpose-driven.

Recently SAP Community Network got featured in popular Harvard Business Review.

I am really proud of my SCN community for this special mention by HBR. Credit goes to all SCN members globally contributing to this vibrant community unconditionally!

If I quote the article it goes like this :

"Take the example of the SAP Community Network (SCN), an online platform that attracts more than 2 million monthly participants. This platform initially emerged to help application developers address coding issues by connecting with others who had confronted similar issues. Over time, the application developers began to develop more sustained relationships with others who shared their interests. Eventually, many of them started to come together to launch new application  development projects. A key motivation for participation in this platform was the opportunity to learn faster by connecting with others with similar interests."

In my personal opinion, I've learnt a lot from SCN members immensely from SAP Community Network especially in the initial phase of my career a decade ago in 2010. I was very new to SAP world...Started learning ABCD of SAP with SAP ABAP.As I had more interest towards HR , I explored SAP HR. I have grown up with this module to SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) and nowHuman Experience Management (HXM). These days as SAP SuccessFactors has its dedicatedcommunity for Partners and Customers, still, I love my old school SCN Community a lot !Once again kudos to all members of this vibrant community for your contribution, SAP Mentors forbeing our North star in our learning Journeys !!

Never stop Learning as Life (SCN! in this context)  never stops teaching !
