Service Quote as follow up for customer returns
In a repair scenario it is usual to send to the customer a quote before starting with repair services. The customer should now how much the repair will cost and decide if he wants to accept it. To support this use case, with ByD 2005 it is now possible to create a service quote as a follow up from a customer return.
In this video I am doing a small demo. But you can also take a look to the step by step guidance with screenshots.
- Go to the work center “Returns” and select the return
- Click on “Follow-up” and select “Service Quote”
