HCM Brasil eSocial: Nota Técnica 18/2020

Espero que todos estejam bem e saudáveis.

No dia 28 de abril de 2020, o governo brasileiro publicou a Nota Técnica 18/2020 que descreve os ajustes necessários no layout do eSocial, com o propósito de amparar as mudanças legais determinadas nas Medidas Provisórias 932, 936, 945 e 955 de 2020. Portanto, nesse blog post abordaremos os seguintes tópicos:

• Eventos impactos e descrição da alteração.
• SAP Notes relevantes para esse requisito legal.

Eventos impactados:

• S-2200 – Cadastramento Inicial do Vínculo e Admissão/Ingresso de Trabalhador: foram excluídas as validações dos campos cpfSubstituido e transfDom/dtTransf.
• S-5001 – Informações das contribuições sociais consolidadas por trabalhador:
  • Foram alteradas as descrições dos campos infoCpCalc/tpCR, calcTerc/tpCR e vrCsSegTerc.
  • Foi alterada ocorrência e condição do campo infoPerRef.
  • Foi alterado o tipo e descrição do campo perRef.
• S-5011 – Informações das contribuições sociais consolidadas por contribuinte: Foi incluída observação no campo vrSenarCalc.

Além disso, também foram feitas alterações nas tabelas 03, 04 e 18.

As SAP Notes abaixo foram disponibilizadas para atender essas mudanças legais:

• 2914553 – eSocial – Changes related to Provisional Measure Nº 936/2020
• 2915129 – eSocial – Law 13.982/2020 – Absence COVID-19
• 2915143 – Law 13.982/2020 – Temporary incapacity for working due to COVID-19 contamination

I hope everyone is feeling well and healthy.

On 28 April 2020, the Brazilian government published the Technical Note 18/2020 that describes the necessary adjustments in the eSocial layout, in order to support the legal changes determined in the Provisonal Measures 932, 936, 945 and 955 of 2020. Therefore, in this blog post we will discuss the following topics:

• Impacted events and changes description.
• SAP Notes relevant for this legal requirement.

Impacted events:

• S-2200: was excluded the validations of the cpfSubstituido and transfDom/dtTransf
• S-5001:
  • were changed the descriptions of the infoCpCalc/tpCR, calcTerc/tpCR and vrCsSegTerc
  • The occurrence and condition of field infoPerRef were changed.
  • the type and description of the perRef field were changed.
• S-5011: was included observation in the vrSenarCalc

In addition, changes were also made in tables 03, 04 and 18.
