During this year’s edition attendees worldwide were able to explore how SAP Enterprise Support helps drive the transition into the Intelligent Enterprise with SAP S/4HANA. In 21 webinars in total, and conducted by just as many different expert speakers, for the regions APJ, EMEA and AMERICAs and all during one day, the following topics raised the interest of our attendees:

- Deploying SAP S/4HANA Cloud
- Next-Generation Support
- SAP Business Scenario Recommendations Report
- SAP Cloud ALM
- SAP Preferred Success for SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
Just to name some of the event highlights. This year we saw a 10% increase in registrations when compared with 2019 and hit a new record with more than 1,500 registrants from 577 different customers and 62 countries. Overall, we averaged approximately 100+ attendees per webinar with 85% of event participants indicating that the information was “Very” or “Extremely” helpful.
The number of users consuming this year’s event content via on demand is already above 700 and continues to grow. We encourage you to use and inform your colleagues about the on demand access.
