Elevate your next Zoom meeting with these SAP HANA backgrounds

As we transition to the work from home (WFH) life, the chances of embarrassing mishaps are likely. From kids intruding on professional calls to slightly unappealing wall décors, virtual calls offer a glimpse into personal moments you never expected to share with your co-workers.

Luckily, there are plentiful ways to elevate your virtual meeting experience! Check out these new virtual backgrounds that can add delight and comfort to your upcoming meetings using either zoom or Microsoft Team.

Join the cloud family:

Since traveling is momentarily suspended, we thought a virtual video background in line with the recent launch of SAP HANA Cloud could uplift your zoom experience towards the cloudy skies. Download for Zoom, right click to save for Microsoft Teams.

Host a meeting from Space:

No gravity, no problem! Take your team on an interstellar trip and observe the space satellite right from the comfort of your home desk. Download for Zoom, right click to save for Microsoft Teams.

For the love of Unicorns:

We all need some mythical cheer during this challenging time, and what else can be more uplifting than a unicorn floating in the sky?

Legend says that if you use this virtual video background, you will gain magical powers. So why don’t you go ahead, try it and let us know! Download for Zoom, right click to save for Microsoft Teams.

Inside look at your hardware:

Never really thought of your hardware? Here’s a sneak peak! Host your next call with the chips and processors that make everything run. Right click to save for Zoom and Microsoft Teams.

How to guide:

Download your favourite background to your device (or all of them, who’s checking!), then refer to the below guides on how to upload them on either Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

Zoom guide:

  1. Head to Zoom and log in.
  2. In the upper-right corner, click the settings gear icon.
  3. Head over to “video” in the left column to make sure your lighting is correct, neither too bright nor too dark.
  4. Click the “virtual background” button from the left-hand-side bar.
  5. Click the plus-sign icon and upload your favourite virtual background.

Using a Mac:

  1. Click on the “Finder” application
  2. Head over to the side bar and click “Applications”

  5. Head over to the uploads section and drag the backgrounds you downloaded into the folder.
  6. Start your virtual meeting, click on the three dots button and select background then scroll to choose the photo you uploaded.

Using PC:

  1. Head over my computer and click “This PC” then press on “Local disk C”
  2. Click on view in the top header and the navigate to check the box of “the hidden items”
  3. Then click on the folder “users” then select the folder with your name
