A lot of change has happened in the world since our announcement of Human Experience Management (HXM). But one thing remains the same, SAP SuccessFactors is committed to helping our customers no matter what their needs may be. This includes continuing to deliver on innovations that optimize the employee experience.
So I’m very excited to announce a number of enhancements to our SAP SuccessFactors performance management solutions. In SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals employees can now more easily and effectively manage their work using a new consumer-grade Kanban board (Figure 1). Employees can quickly drag and drop activities and prioritize them as needed. And a new meeting view provides shared discussion topics and private note taking so you never lose meeting notes (Figure 2), and employees stay engaged and on the right track.

We’re also pleased to announce integrations between SAP SuccessFactors performance management solutions with Qualtrics. Customers will get a clearer picture of what employees think about their performance processes and can make adjustments and improvements as necessary. Initial planned features include providing an opportunity for employees to provide feedback at the completion of a Performance Review (through SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals).
And finally, with SAP SuccessFactors Succession and Development, customers now have better visibility across Talent Pools. Prior to this release, customers could only see to which Talent Pools employees were currently assigned. Now customers can see prior nominations as well. This provides a more comprehensive view of an employee’s strengths and talents (Figure 3). And with Calibration, comments are now timestamped to better track timing and flow of communication.
