Improving the End-to-End Legal Change Experience for Customers

After a successful ramp-up phase with our pilot customers, you can now provide feedback on your End-to-End Legal Change Experience.

What do we want to achieve?

Your feedback will help SAP understand your experience with regards to delivery of legal changes and, identify potential improvement areas towards your end-to-end experience, and act accordingly.

How does it work?

The feedback function is integrated to the Announcement of Legal Change service in the SAP ONE Support Launchpad: link. When you change the Completion Status of a legal change to Implemented, a dialog box is displayed asking you to provide feedback.

In addition to your rating, you can enter detailed feedback or examples to provide additional context.

This request came up during several Design Thinking workshops with customers. We are proud to be able to close the loop now.
