100,000 Hours of Free SAP Live Access: How to Claim Your Free Access

Everyone who is interested in gaining baseline, hands-on knowledge in SAP S/4HANA systems can now benefit from 20 free hours of access to pre-configured SAP training systems (SAP Live Access). To support our ecosystem of partners and customers with opportunities to expand their skills, even during these though times, SAP offers from 9th of April till July 8th 5,000 free vouchers of 20 hours of access to SAP Live Access training systems. The 5,000 vouchers can be claimed on a first come first serve basis.

This offering is exclusively available to SAP Learning Hub subscribers with a valid subscription to any of the following editions of SAP Learning Hub: SAP Learning Hub, professional edition (HUB030) / SAP Learning Hub, business edition (HUB040) / SAP Learning Hub, student edition (HUB050) / SAP Learning Hub, solution editions (HUB071-79). This offering is also available to participants of an SAP Live Class event during the campaign period.

SAP Live Access allows learners to work with fully configured SAP training systems. With SAP Live Access, learners can gain hands-on experience with real-life SAP software environments to build, practice, and hone their SAP skills and knowledge.  SAP Live Access is available for Learning Journeys such as

  • Learning Journey for SAP S/4HANA Scope and Business Processes, with courses SAP S/4HANA Overview (S4H00) and Integrated Business Processes in SAP S/4HANA (TS410)
  • Learning Journey for SAP S/4HANA Cloud– Finance, with courses SAP S/4HANA Cloud On-boarding Fundamentals (S4C01) and Implementing SAP S/4HANA Cloud – Finance (S4C30)

How to claim your free SAP Live Access voucher from 9th of April till July 8th in three simple steps:

Step 1: Go to the SAP training shop, set your country and language, and then choose subscription HUB321 (SAP Live Access, 20 hours) and proceed with check-out

Step 2: Enter campaign code “FREE-SAP-LIVE-ACCESS”. The campaign code gives you a 100% discount.

Step 3: Enter requested booking information (name, e-mail, etc.)

Important: The offering is limited to 5,000 vouchers that can be claimed on a first come first serve basis starting April9th for SAP Learning Hub subscribers with a valid subscription to any of the following editions of SAP Learning Hub: SAP Learning Hub, professional edition (HUB030) / SAP Learning Hub, business edition (HUB040) / SAP Learning Hub, student edition (HUB050) / SAP Learning Hub, solution editions (HUB071-79).

  • This is a nice gesture from SAP in those difficult times!

    Unfortunately the campaign code does not work and there is no discount applied. Tried it for 1 hour from the very moment the HUB321 could be booked.

    • Dear Dimitri, you need to be a subscriber of one of the mentioned editions and you need to enter the code in capital letters.

    Really appreciate for your reply and the tutorial, after entering the campaign code in all Caps, it did work. However, the checkout price doesn’t seem to be $0 after applying the code. Just wondering if I should continue to finish up the check out with the original price, or should I wait for some more time for you to get the problem fixed? Slightly concerned since it 9th April will be over soon.

    • Dear Sunny, the voucher is available from 9th of April till July 8th but limited to 5000. The discount is applied on the second screen (not on the screen where you enter the code) and before final check-out.

      • Dear Lars, thank you for your prompt reply. Upon checking just now, the total price is still indicating the original before clicking “Submit”. Apologize for disturbing you during this busy time, but want to confirm if the discount will be applied after clicking “Submit”? Appreciate for your time and effort. Thanks!

      • Hello Lars,

        From the very beginning (10am), I get the same behavior from the website:

        • The campaign code is accepted,
        • No discount is apllied even up to the very late step before submitting the order.

        For information, I do have a LeaningHub subscription active & valid.

        Is there any bug? Have all coupons been redeemed?

        • Dear Dimitri, there are still some vouchers left. We checked your account and everything works fine. We are not able to reproduce your issue. Please ensure that you are logged in with the correct user (if you have more than one), and that you enter the code in capital letters.

          Thank you for checking out on this message. This is very much appreciated. Still not working from my side.

           

          Here’s what I made sure:

          • Same s-user on the learning hub and training site.
          • Campaign code in capital letters
          • Made sure I was successfully logeed in
          • Total to pay stays 420€
          • Up to the end.

          Pretty sure I don’t do anything wrong, but does not work from my side. Do you have any suggestions?

            This is Sunny and I have proceeded with the checkout under Invoicing, with the original price shown as $682 and the discounted price indicated as N/A, could you please let me know if there would have an issue in charging my company or so? Since I have applied the code and supposedly the price should be 100% discounted.

    I have my S user id and but unable to proceed further after adding the “Campaign code” It was added successfully added but the PROCEED CHECK Button is Greyed out.

    What could be the reason. Could you please help me out….. thanks in advance.

    • Dear Mohammad, in some cases multipe users are the issue. Please ensure that you have logged into the SAP Training and Certification shop with the same email that your SAP Learning Hub account is registered under (often your @company email). During check out, ensure the country indicated in the shop is the same country where your profile is registered NOT where you are physically located. Example: If you are a consultant with the home country of India, but onsite with a client in the United States, update the country code from United States to India in the upper right hand corner.

    Proceed to check out is greyed out and it doesn’t allow to go next step, even there is message that appears as  – The items in your basket are not ready for checkout.

     

    • Dear Vinay, this means that yo either need to log on to the SAP training shop or that you do not meet the requirements to book the live access product.

  • Number of voucher has crossed limit or its still available?

    As I was successfully able to apply voucher however i’m not getting any discount?

     

  • For me the campaign code was accepted. However, no discount was applied when I submitted the order. I received the Booking Submission Confirmation e-mail, without any discount. May I ask you to fix this issue with the discount.

    • Dear Deepa, the code is still valid. The discount is applied on the last screen. If the discount is not shown, please contact your local SAP Education office to check your user & account.

    • Dear Shreyash, this campaign is only valid for users with subscriptions to the editions mentioned in the blog not for discovery edition.

    I just got the subscription to the SAP Learning Hub processional edition. Now when I am trying to follow the steps mentioned in your blog, I can’t seem to check out the order as the page says “The items in your basket are not ready for checkout”. It’s a simple process but it’s not working for me. Any help will be appreciated.
