The new road map “SAP Activate Methodology for SAP Data Warehouse Cloud” is intended to guide the implementation team through the entire project of a Transition to SAP Data Warehouse Cloud, starting with the strategic planning until the go-live.
This road map is comprised of phases, activities, and tasks in accordance with the SAP Activate methodology which guide you through the entire transition project.
For convenient project planning, there are project templates available for SAP Solution Manager, MS Project and Excel. You can download with the "Download Project Plan" button in the top right corner.
In the download zip you find the roadmap picture as editable ppt, too. This can be a good start for planning and identifying responsibilities in the project between customer, partner, and SAP.
