The SAP Support Assistant for SAP Solution Manager is now live.
Are you familiar with the SAP Support Assistant?
The SAP Support Assistant is a new incident creation tool that was developed to help improve your support experience.
The SAP Support Assistant is activated automatically when a system and product (for which the tool is available) is selected from the drop down list during incident creation.
This interactive tool:
- provides recommended content – curated by SAP Support Engineers.
- leverages AI technology to recommend help documents.
- eases component selection by prefilling the “Component” field with the most relevant component for your issue.
- asks topic-specific questions to gather essential information before incident creation.
You can start your troubleshooting process by taking advantage of our curated resources before reaching out to an SAP Support Engineer.
