On March 10th, 2020, the SAP Support Required PTF Lists, formerly known as Information APARs, have been updated with the latest PTFs that are recommended when running SAP on IBM i. For IBM i 7.2, 7.3, and 7.4, the Hiper PTF Group level was updated and a LIC PTF was added that fixes a problem when sharing IFS directories through IBM i NetServer. It may be of interest for all customer using Windows application servers with their IBM Db2 for i database. For IBM i 7.3 and 7.4, also an operating system PTF was added to allow showing the proper table size for (partitioned) tables larger than 2 TB. To show the proper table size in SAP tools like transaction DBACockpit, you will also need to install SAP Host Agent 7.21 patch level 46 or higher, which is still being tested by SAP but should be available soon.

The PTF lists can be found under the following links:

IBM i 7.4: http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=ibm10883450

We recommend that you apply the current PTF levels for preventive maintenance whenever you are performing your next scheduled maintenance.
