User Assistance and Help for SAP S/4HANA (Cloud): What Do You Need?
Hello everyone,
User Assistance in SAP S/4HANA Cloud provides documentation in a variety of formats that our users and partners, need to implement, configure, and use SAP S/4HANA Cloud. At the same time, there’s an increasing number of channels through which you can access this documentation. We want to know what information you need, when you need it, and how you want to access it. You can help us by sharing your experiences with our documentation, which in turn helps us help you, because we can use your feedback to continue to improve the help assets that we deliver.
That’s the goal: To talk with you, get your feedback, and then provide you with improved documentation that helps you get the information you need smoothly and efficiently.
