Build Your First Chatbot using SAP Conversational AI in 5 minutes

SAP Conversational AI helps you to build chatbots that can easily integrate with SAP software suite.

Today, in this blog, I will show you how easy it is to build an HR FAQ chatbot to automate repetitive tasks and reduce the HR workload, in just 5 minutes.

What you will get is a bot that responds to questions based on an FAQ document uploaded!

Step 1: Signup for SAP Conversational AI https://cai.tools.sap/

Step 2: Click on NEW BOT.

Step 3: Choose Retrieve Answers and enter bot name as faqbot.

Step 4: Then, select Non-personal as type of data, end users as Non-vulnerable and bot as Private. Click CREATE A BOT.

Step 5: Download this sample CSV file containing Q&A. And, UPLOAD it.

Finally, your HR chatbot is ready to chat! Click on CHAT WITH YOUR BOT on the bottom right corner to start asking questions.

To answer the questions of end-users FAQ skills of Bot picks the most accurate question and answer pair in the FAQ document that we have uploaded earlier.

Furthermore, you can connect the Bot with your SAP or 3rd party applications. The Bot Connector API gives you access to many messaging channels like Facebook Messenger, Amazon Alexa, Twitter and many more.

Even more, here is a demo of HR chatbot connected with my Slack application.
