A new SAP Marketing Cloud product page experience is now available!
While adopting a new design, we took the opportunity to periodically check in with stakeholders to solicit feedback and identify how we could work towards providing the best possible user experience.
The results of the collaboration have produced the following improvements:
A search for SAP Marketing Cloud, or similar variations, on the help.sap.com page now yields a new product widget that appears in the right margin of the results area. The widget contains a link to the dedicated product page and highlights some of the resources it contains.
The new design organizes content into 5 standard task tabs:
Each tab contains content categories that classify standalone, self-contained deliverables. The tabs and content categories enable you to easily navigate the site to locate information and resources.
You can browse additional categories in the side panel of a tab to find information that compliments the resources provided in the main content area. For example, you may access feature highlights in PDF’s, related videos, diagrams, or images.
The product page now contains 25% more links to helpful resources. The links extend beyond the scope of those that are produced by User Assistance.
For example, the Best Practices Guidance Offering link in the sidebar of the Implement task tab. You can use this link to book a guidance call to address your key topics, meet your adoption goals, and increase user experience.
