SAP Intelligent RPA branding

Hi,

We see more and more blog posts and globally speaking external communication about SAP Intelligent RPA from other teams in SAP and from our Partners. That is really great as it contributes to more awareness about our product on the RPA market, which is highly competitive.

Thank you!

In order to align our efforts and increase our reach together, I just would like to remind you a few rules on our naming and branding.

Name

In any external communication and in any customer facing asset, we should not use acronyms such as iRPA or IRPA: indeed, because it looks more like an Apple name than an SAP name, it is not allowed by official SAP Brand policy:

Official%20SAP%20brand%20policy%20for%20Robotic%20Process%20Automation

Official SAP brand policy for Robotic Process Automation

So please use SAP Intelligent RPA.

In addition, if the title and text of your content mention “Intelligent RPA” rather than “IRPA”, it is far better for your SEO, and your content will have a wider and better reach in the global RPA community.

Image

SAP Intelligent RPA has now its own pictogram, approved by BrandVoice and officially available from our corporate Media Library:

Feel free to use it anytime you need to visually introduce SAP Intelligent RPA in a document, a slide deck or a marketecture image.

Community and Social Channels

And also, of course, feel free to mention our social channels with the following links :

Thanks for your help!

      Hello Pierre!

Thank you for clarification! Have to mention that jpeg material are not useful for production, because of color compression artefacts. It is common to provide graphical materials in png.

You are right Vladimir. With my colleagues Lena Grothaus, Maiara Regina Schardong Ellwanger and Ching Wei Tseng we prefer using PNG when creating visual assets such as social cards, screenshots...

      Hello, Pierre!

It would be nice if you provided

      this

as a png file (without artefacts of jpg).

Also, I noticed that in SAP Cloud (trial) the Product is named IRPA.

      Kind regards.

In the blog post, if you click on "available from our corporate Media Library" you are linked to the pictogram in SAP Digital Library: https://www.sapbrandtools.com/imagelibrary/index.html#/assets/286368

Here one can choose the image in various formats and color schemes.

If it does not work for you, drop me an email and I will send you a ZIP file with all of the images.
