With each new update, the SAP Ariba Supplier Mobile app aims to improve the experience for suppliers on-the-go. This update focuses on simplifying the experience and enhancing user personalization. Here’s a summary of what we changed:
The new, modern user experience
The recent update of the Ariba supplier mobile app introduces a modern, intuitive interface designed to streamline tasks related to orders and invoices.
The tiles found at the top of the homepage provide a quick summary of outstanding items or documents that need your attention. At a glance, you can see how many new orders you’ve received, invoices that have been rejected, new leads and more. You can modify the date ranges by clicking on the settings icon on the top right.
The widgets help you stay on top of your KPIs with relevant insights. As with the tiles, the widgets provide a quick summary of the status of your orders and invoices but go one level deeper to show invoice aging and PO values.
Create PO and non-PO invoice
This update introduces the ability to initiate a PO flip from the order details page to create an invoice. To create an invoice from a PO, navigate to the PO and click on the ellipsis icon and select ‘create invoice’. In addition to creating a PO, you will see options for viewing in PDF and creating a credit memo.
You can also create non-PO invoices from the create tab under the hamburger menu. You can invoice right from the app, without having to log in to the web browser.
