Introduction:


In this blog post, I will show how to resolve the Recipient Address error when appears in correspondence app or Dispute app  in Finance.

Example of the error : Recipient address xyz@sap.com not allowed. 

Process


Generally user go for Output parameter determination.let's see how the user can configure this up in S/4H Cloud using SSCUI Apps.

Step by Step Process


Go To BPC_EXPERT user. In Manage your Solution app

Configure Your Solution 


   > Application Plattform and Infrastrucutre


   > Output Management


           1, Define Email Sender Domain                                     


           2, Define Default Email Sender Address


           3, Define Email Receiver Address for Test Systems 


 


 

Main all these apps as @example.com or @Sap.com, wherever the address is required.

For example:



 

After this you can Send email from correspondence app or Dispute related app.
