Many business players are seeking to access ERP, and SAP Business ByDesign is a comprehensive ERP Solution which allows the users to have a clear overview of all relating business processes.

However, on SMB, cost-efficiency becomes essential to the organization. With the benefits of SAP Programs provided, all relating parties within organization’s business flows can be delivered throughout effectively. For the cost-efficiency, SMB generally prioritizing which department is crucial respectively. For the initiation, many organizations mostly start with the most prioritized functions like Finance and Accounting, Purchasing, Sales, and Inventory. Hence, in the case of organizations where they have a large number of Sales representatives, they may not priority in the organization but they need some sales information for dealing with their customers

Solution Description:

Smartbot aims to be major part of communication revolution for sales reps. Providing sales reps a helpful assistant, delivering customers’ answers backed by real-time updates data whenever requested. Can be used to find certain data about product, price, inventory stock, sales order status, and even invoices status.

Pain point:

In the case of organizations where they have a large number of Sales representatives, they may not yet be using all the features of what SAP provided. Some of these organization currently ignore their sales rep’s requirement, due to the fact that they need to purchase more licenses to cover their amount of significant sales representatives. Otherwise, these organization will change their ERP program to whichever cheaper, rather than spending more licenses on SAP.

The use of Smartbot is essentially beneficial to salesperson when they are dealing with customers and achieving impression in the right moment becomes an important of the organization offering.

Industry focus:

Our target market is focusing on organizations where there are high amounts of sales representatives, and those who want to access internal data promptly. To effectively improvise the use of Smartbot, we are targeting the adaptation of negotiating operations. Despite the fact that only certain data is required for salesperson to obtain from SAP (to display), higher investment may not be necessary on the higher amount of SAP license because sales representatives do not require all the functions of what SAP program provided. In other words, we are targeting people who is looking for the expanding SAP users who do not require fully equipped SAP functions license.

In the case of negotiating or communicating with customers face-to-face between sales representative and customer, every business may find it difficult and time-consuming when certain data is needed to answer what the customer wants.

Smartbot enables sales representative to ask for certain internal data, and Smartbot can instantly reply to what salesperson is looking for. This can build customers’ satisfaction as whenever the customers ask something specific to what they want, salesperson can be able to look directly to the point where necessary data is needed within the organization’s database via chat application on salesperson’s device. Whenever customers want to know something, they naturally do not want to wait, and this will bring the benefits to salesperson as they can answer with highly accurate real-time data.

The Smartbot was designed to obtain real-time data and send back to the chat box via consistent interface to SAP Business ByDesign. Smartbot will support 7/24 real-time data.
