SOCIEN – SME SEEDx Development Challenge 2020

In this blog post, you will learn about a solution that has been developed for the SME SEEDx Development Challenge 2020.

We have developed a unique loyalty management solution for one of our retail customers & it goes by the name, “SOCIEN”. With this solution, the customers can gain loyalty points/rewards through social media submissions which cater to both customer satisfaction & retail brand visibility. The application has been successfully implemented & used by our retail clients.

Solution Description

Loyalty points are provided when a customer uploads the purchase on the application platform “Socien” with a pre-defined social media post, tagging the retail customer to post & share with his network (logic has been approved by FB). The points are calculated as per the number of likes & shares the post gets & directly converted to cash. It is enchased on the customer’s e-wallet for usage.

The mood of the customer when uploading the purchase is tracked using the machine learning technique & additional points are provided as per the Emotional state of the customer.

We’ve also automated birthday reminders with loyalty points/birthday discounts available to the end-customer on their B-DAY?
