Connectrix (Insight for Stake Holders) – SME SEEDx Development Challenge 2020

In this blog post, you will learn about a solution that has been developed for the SME SEEDx Development Challenge 2020.

Challenges are what drives us to achieve more at Uneecops and when we learned about this SME SEEDx Development challenge 2020, we couldn’t be more excited. We had been working on Connectrix, for a couple of months that enables all SAP Business One users to get their customers, sales and company connected over an application for seamless business interaction.

Our aim was to deliver an easy but accurate solution for the most mundane (read important) tasks that are critical for businesses. One such example is the lengthy purchase orders that are generated by the customers. Most businesses automate these by manually punching in all the details into their ERP. Challenges such as these are which we are striving to improve through machine learning (artificial intelligence).

Solution Name: Connectrix

Solution Description:

This solution is targeted to the customer of companies, where SAP B1 is implemented. In SAP B1, for each customer, multiple contact persons are added, these contact person will become the user of the “customer app”, wherein the user will log in and would be able to view their respective orders and upcoming delivery, their pending dues, and would be able to scan(take a picture) of their Purchase Order, and upload it via app. This image will be processed to extract the data via OCR and then using machine learning (pre-trained model), the app will be able to identify the ordered items, quantity, being ordered by whom, delivery date, etc, and then it will create a Sales Order inside the company DB against the same Customer.
