Our story started on account of traditional retail-related issues. Up to now, there are more than 2,2 million outlets in Vietnam with roughly 600,000 FMCG outlets. However, outlet owners do not have sufficient latest information about promotions, and products might be hot sales next time. At the same time, the master coverage plan of salesmen is not enough frequency to take better care of outlet owners efficiently and promptly. Currently, suppliers and brands are on the path to decline since the lowering in employee loyalty, seeking for job at another industry.
With the above challenges, retailPRO was born to be a good connection between Suppliers/Brands, Distributors, and Outlet owners. The innovation app also helps sales staff to be more focus on taking care of their customers efficiently and swiftly without expanding the visit frequency.
To provide Consumer Industries the most effective way to engage with and deliver their products to consumers at any corner of Asia.
Solution Use Case
This solution targets traditional outlets where our clients can trade marketing programs such as promotions, display programs, accumulative programs effectively, and engage their outlet owners through loyalty programs.
It also helps outlet owners browse, order products rapidly and efficiently.
Pain point #1: As a pensioner or an elder, it’s not easy for me when using computers. How can I receive the latest information about promotion programs from vendors as well as distributors so that I can decide to make purchase requests (sales orders to salesman) effectively?
Pain point #2: I am a young officer. My multigenerational family members are running two stores. There are thousands of products with various and different categories imported, exported, and stored in these stores every single day. How can I help my older members to manage stock status without using sophisticated software?
Pain point #3: I am a senior officer and running some stores at the same time. There are thousands of products with various and different categories imported, exported, and stored in my stores every day. How can I update the latest stock status and get insights about my top-selling products and product lines any time, anywhere?
Pain point #4: As an outlet owner, there were a lot of promotions that I forgot or missed registering, even I didn’t know how to accomplish the registered and claim rewards.

How to synchronize DMS core (SAP B1) with retailPRO
Together with SAP and Microsoft, we designed retailPRO on Azure integrating with all our clients using on-premise SAP B1 or SAP HANA on cloud. We are trying to work out the viable commercials to give the product on SAAS model.
